Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 154. Revisicn 1, requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
This LCA revises the Trojan Technical Specifications to correct the Bases Section for agreement with the definition of Pressure Boundary Leakage.
During the review of LCA 154 by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, questions were raised concerning-the paragraph added to Bases Section-3/4.4.6.2.
That paragraph has been deleted in this LCA revision.
Also attached is one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 154, Revision 1, to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and to the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
