This application seeks to amend the license conditions in i
Sections 2.B.(4) and 2.B.(5), on page 3, of the FitzPatrick l
Operating License No. DPR-59.
The proposed changes clarify l
the conditions of the license which govern the receipt and possession of byproduct, source, and special nuclear materials at the FitzPatrick plant.
In addition, a new Section 2.B. (5) is added to explicitly allow the possession of radioactive material which is produced by the operation of the plant.
The proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Operating License No. DPR-59 are presented in Attachment I to this application.
The Safety Evaluation is included.in Attachment II.
