WASHINGTON PUBLIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM WNP-2 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 12-Enclosed please find the subject document revisions.
In reference to telephonic discussions with Messrs. R. B. Samworth and G. McPeek, NMSS, the enclosure is submitted pursuant to 10CFR 50.54(p) and does not-decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the approved plan.
The revision describes changes made as a result of amendments identified -
in the Federal Register 27817, dated August 4, 1986.
The amended requirements of 10CFR 73.55, paragraphs (a), (d)(1), (d)(7),
(d)(9), and (e)(1) will be implemented within 30 days after approval' of the proposed security plan revisions.
The enclosure contains Safeguards Information concerning security j
measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material is used. This information is to be protected in accordance with 10CFR 73.21.
