The enclosures are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the approved plans.
These revisions describe changes made as a result of amendments identified in the Federal Register 27817, dated August 4,1986, and other administrative and procedural changes.
The enclosures contain Safeguards Information concerning security measures for the physical protection of Supply System facilities in which special nuclear material is used.
This information is to be protected in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21.
