l The enclosed additional information and revisions to the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Site Security and Safeguards Contingency Plan are being submitted, per your
- request, in response to the Miscellaneous Amendments and Search Requirements.
Tha specific changes to existing sections of the Plan are set forth in Attachment A supporting information, which demonstrate that these changes satisfy NRC regulations. and published guidance, is contained in Attachment B.
Final revised pages, which incorporate these changes, will be submitted upon receipt of your approval.
This will prevent any confusion which may arise from other changes being submitted in accordance with Section 50.54(p) of Part 50 in the interim period.
The enclosed information and revisions have been discussed with Mr. Robert B. Manili, our site's Reviewer from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
A sc' ilule of implementation is contained as Attachment C.
We hereby request that the material submitted with this letter be withheld from public disclosure in that it contains safeguards Information of a type specified in 10CFR73.21.
