SUMMARY

Scope:

This was a combined special and routine, unannounced inspection

conducted by one NRC inspector to evaluate the licensee's overall nuclear

material accountability and control program and to follow-up on a reported

apparent loss of a discrete item containing special nuclear material (SNM).

Results: One licensee identified item of noncompliance and no deviations were

identified.
