'Your letter dated April 9,1998 documented arrangements that were made for the administration of licensing examinations at North Anna Power Station during the weeks of August 17 and 31,1998. This letter requested that proposed examination outlines be provided by June 3,1998 to support the examination schedule. The proposed examination outlines were submitted to Mr. Rick Baldwin by separate cover letter on June 1,1998. Your letter also requested that the proposed written examinations, operating tests and supporting reference materials be provided by July 3,1998. This information was submitted to Mr. Rick Baldwin by separate cover letter on July 2,1998.

In addition, you requested that preliminary reactor operator and senior reactor operator license applications, medical certifications and waiver requests be submitted at least 30 1 days before the first examination date. Preliminary reactor operator and senior reactor
