Upon consideration of the July 15, 1998 request of applicant Private Fuel Storage, L.L.C. (PFS), for clarification, which was sent to the Board and all parties by Internet e-mail,2 it is ORDERED, that the Board's June 29, 1998 memorandum and order is revised to indicate that any responses to the July 10, 1998 reconsideration motion of intervenor State of Utah (State) shall be filed on or before Wednesday,' July 22.

2 Because the agency has not yet adopted standards that permit a totally electronic filing, an e-mail message requesting Board action does not become part of the official docket unless the party or the Board also provides a paper copy of the message to the Office of the Secretary. Until wholly electronic filing is permitted, the better practice is to provide the Board and the parties with an electronic copy of a submission, with a paper original and the appropriate copies filed with the Office of the Secretary and served on the Board and the other parties.
