'Thank you .for. your revised response of October 23, 1987, to our Notice.of

Violation issued on July- 16, 1987, concerning testing of.the chlorine'. detection
system at your Sequoyah facility. We have. evaluated your. response and found
.that it meets the. requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine'the implemen-
~
-
~ tation-of your.c'orrective actions during_ future-inspections.
It should be- noted ;however, ~ that a_ deficiency in containment ' spray response
time' testing has been recently_ identified by the NRC. This deficiency will be
. addressed separately'in Inspection Report 50-327,328/87-65.
