  • s 6.21 CCHF;GURATION RISK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

l The Configuration Risk Management Program consists of the administrative -

i- procedures that evaluate plant equipment configurations for resultant changes in the l core damage frequency. This program should inclu ": I

1) training of personnel,
2) procedures for identifying plant configurations, the generation of risk profiles and the evaluation of risk against established thresholds; and
3) provisions for evaluating changes in risk resulting from unplanned maintenance activities.
