Licensed material may be used at temporary job sites near Prudhoe Bay, Alaska,

which are based at the ARC 0 MCC contractors camp approximately 4 miles north of

the Deadhorse Airport, and at temporary job sites of the licensee anywhere in

the United States where the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission maintains
H
jurisdiction for regulating the use of licensed material.

H 11. Licensed material shall be used by, or under the supervision and in the physical
j
presence of, Donald S. Heiken or other individuals who have completed either the
[h
manufacturers training course or the licensee's training course as described in
p
the application dated November 28, 1986 and letter dated February 16, 1987, and
L
have been designated by Donald S. Heiken, Radiation Protection Officer. The
j
[
licensee shall maintain records of individuals designated as users.
