This transmits the June 11.- July 17,'1987 routine inspection findings of Messrs.
C. Holden and R. Freudenberger at the Maine Yankee Atomic Power Plant, Wiscasset,
Those findings were based on observations of activities, interviews, and
document reviews, and have been discussed with Mr. Garrity of. your staff.
Within the scope of this inspection it appears that certain'of your activities
relative to access control of locked high radiation areas were in apparent viola-
tion of NRC requirements.
Details are provided in. Appendix A.
You are required
