A special team inspection was conducted on July 10-11, 1987, of activities
authorized by NRC License No. DPR-73 at your facility. The inspection consist-
ed of a review of selective documents and records, interviews with personnel,
and observations by the inspectors, relateri to an allegation received by NRC
)
rn July 9,1987 that a shift supervisor had been seen sleeping while on shift,
and that management was aware of the situation and took no action to correct
it. The enclosed inspection report and its attachment, Allegation and Review
Chronology describes our findings. Mr. J. A. Schumacher, of our ofiTce,
sumarized our -inspection activities with you and other members of your staff
on July 11, 1987.
