TSC-type facility within the Protected Area.
Our understanding of your plans
is described in the enclosed report.
Due to the significance of this change to

your program, we need to meet to discuss the proposed facility and resulting
changes to the emergency organization before we can evaluate their acceptability.
The last week of August is convenient for Regional staff to attend this meeting.
Please arrange a suitable meeting date with my staff.
