Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter of April 28, 1987, in response to our letter and the
attached Notice of Violation dated March 30, 1987. As a result of our review,
we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. M. Hamm (during
a telephone call on October 22, 1987) is needed.
Specifically, the response to
the violation of inadequate security organization screening does not address
the matter of psychological testing for the supervisors.
In addition, the
discussion on inadequate compensatory measures does not acknowledge the
violation or reflect consideration of guidance, such as NUREG 1045, concerning
compensatory measures.
Please provide the supplemental information within 30 days of the date of this
letter.
