NRC staff review of TU Electric's changed activity since the antitrust q

settlement is not limited to TU Electric's activities associated with North Texas power systems. Provide additional information on requests (and TV Electric's response (s) therato) for electric service from all entities.

Staff does not understand the last sentence on page 8 which reads, "These

. j responses do not include discussions and agreements with others resulting from the normal process of business operations and communications." Question l
