Docket No.59-219 Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) No.179 In accordance with 10CFR50.90 and 10CFR50.91 GPU Nuclear Corporation, operator of the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, Provisional Operating Licer.se No. DPR-16, requests a change to Appendix A of the license.
GPUN is proposing to add limiting conditions of operation and surveillance requirements for the high range radioactive noble gas effluent monitors.
This accident monitoring instrumentation is installed to comply with NUREG 0737, Item II.F.1.1.
This change request has been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Oyster Creek Technical Specifications. Pursuant to 10CFR50.91(b)(1), a copy of this change request has been sent to the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
