TI 2515/65 (Rev I) - TMI ACTION PLAN REQUIREMENT FOLLOW-UP On February 13, 1989 I met with Chip Perkins (Northeast Utilities (NU)) to I
review NU's TMI file to provide the resident inspectors at Haddam Neck a status of the TMI Action Items referenced in TI 2515/65.
Enclosed is Appendix A from TI 2515/65 with the SER dates and where possible I have provided inspection reports where the item was verified, an amendment that closed the item or a status. Those items with question marks in the verify column need to be verified by the resident inspectors.
