Florida Power Corporation (FPC) is submitting this letter to correct response number 4 in our letter dated October 18, 1988.
FPC performed a review of all indicating lights on the main control board which are normally off.
Eight safety-related indicating lights with single filament bulbs without test capability and normally off were found.
We stated that these indicating lights also had associated annunciator j
points.
FPC has subsequently identified that two of the eight indicating lights do not have associated annunciator points; namely Diesel Generator A Parallel Block and Diesel Generator B Parallel Block indicating lights.
The tabulation of lights versus associated annunciator description is as follows:

The Parallel' Block.or Parallel-Allowed indicating. light for each Diesel Generator.would remain lit'at all'-
times.
The schedule'for the' installation.'of.these'two new lights is Refuel-7.
