Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Docket No. 50/395 Operating License No. NPF-12 Physical Security Plan Amendment 24 Gentlemen:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits the original and three copies of Amendment 24 to the Physical Security Plan (PSP). The changes to this revision are outlined in detail in the enclosure, " Summary of Plan Changes (Amendment 24, PSP)." These changes do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan or Safeguards Contingency Plan as described in 10CFR50.54(p).
The enclosure to this letter contains Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10CFR73.21 and must be withheld from public disclosure.
