Dear Sir:
South Carolina Electric & Gas Conpany (SCE&G) herein submits the results of radiochemical analyses in conjunction with the NRC Confirmatory Measurements Program as addressed in Regulatory Guide 4.15. Revision 1 February 1979,
" Quality Assurance for Radiological Monitoring Programs (Normal Operations)--
Effluent Streams and the Environment."
Analysis for tritium was performed.by the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Health Physics Laboratory. Analyses for Iron-55, Strontium-89, and
~
Strontium-90 were performed by Science Applications International Corporation. The results were decay corrected to January 11, 1987, and are reported as indicated below.
