-A routine safety inspection was conducted by Mr. B. S. Davidson of this office
on August 24-28 1987, at the Millstone Nuclear Generating Station. .Our
findings were discussed with Messrs. Stetz, Dacino, Haynes, and Waters of your.
. staff:at the conclusion of the inspection on August 28, 1987.
Areas' of ~the radioactive effluents control program examined during the
inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report, which.is
enclosed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with person.nel and observations made by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or deviations were
observed.
