This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Comraission (NRC) inspection conc'ucted by

R. . L. Prevatte 'from June 1.- July 6,1987. The inspection included a review of
activities' authorized by NRC Operating License No. .NPF-12 for your V, C. Summer
Nuclear Facility.
At the Leonclusion of the inspection, the findings were
. discussed with those. members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are.. identified in the report. Within-
these areas, the inspection ' consisted of. selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
