Thank you for your. response of January 20, 1989, to our Notice of Violation
issued on December 6,1988, concerning activities conducted at your Brunswick
facility.
According to your response, a Safety Evaluation was performed for
each item as part of the Engineering Evaluation Report.
Since the required
evaluations were performed, Violation A is withdrawn.
We have evaluated your
response for the remaining violation and found that it meets the requirements
of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective
actions during future inspections.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
