Under provisions of the above cited authority, it is hereby request-ed that I be provided with copies of the following documents from Nuclear Regulatory Commission files and records:

All memoranda, correspondence and related documents pertain-ing to the nomination, recommendation, approval or disapproval and payment of incentive awards or bonuses of any type to personnel in the NRC's Region IV office with respect to duties or work performed in connection with the Comanche Peak nuclear power facility in Glen Rose, Texas, made or received since November 1, 1986.
