A routine, safety inspection of emergency preparedness activities authorized
by NRC License No. CPPR-135 was conducted by Mr. E. F. Fox of this office on
January 30 - February 3, 1989, at Seabrook Station, Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Discussions of these findings were held by Mr. Fox with your staff at the

inspection report which is enclosed.
