TRANSCRIPT OF THE FEBRUARY 17, 1989 MEETING BETWEEN NRC AND TVA REGARDING SEISMIC ISSUES AT BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1, 2 AND 3 On February 17, 1989 a meeting was held in Rockville, Maryland at the request of the NRC staff with representatives of TVA for the purpose of discussing open issues dealing with Browns Ferry's ability to meet Seismic requirements.
