The amendment modifies the Tcchnical Specifications to (1) change the Safety i

Injection and Refueling Water Tank minimum temperature, (2) change the title of the Senior Vice President, and (3) correct errors in references and a l

mailing address. Additionally, this amendment revises Facility Operating.

s License No. UPR-40 to delete paragrar5 3.D, dealing with the Spent Fuel Fool Modification, since the modification is complete and the applicable Technical j

Specifications re4cirements are in effect.
