BEAVER VALLEY UNIT 2 - NRC SAFETY ISSUES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Since Beaver Valley Unit 2 has become an operating plant since May 28, 1987, certain issues should be loaded onto the NRC Safety Issues Management System (SIMS). This system will be used by the NRC to track the review, implementation, and verification of safety-related modifications.
The BVPS-2 plant draft data for SIMS is presented in the enclosure. We request that you review the enclosure and inform us of (1) significant issues that I
should be added (2) non-applicable issues that should be deleted, (3) either I
the date (month / year) each issue was completed / implemented or the projected date (month / year) the issue will be completed.
Provide your input by writing in the column marked "IMPL. COMP.", or marking up existing information.
