VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 INSERVICE INSPECTION REPORT As set forth in the provisions of ASME Section XI 1974 Edition, Summer 1975 Addenda, enclosed is the Inservice Inspection Report for North Anna Power Station Unit 1.
This report is an Examination Summary., Should you require more detailed information, the entire report will be maintained on file at the station and the corporate office.
In accordance with IWA-6220, Reports for Class 1 and Class 2 Components,-
a Form NIS-1, Owners' Report for Inservice Inspections, is provided with l
this report as Attachment I.
The information relating to hydrostatic testing and repair and replacment are partial. reports. The remainder of this information is presently completing its review and approval cycle i
and will be forwarded to you as an addenda to this Indervice Inspection Report by November 30, 1987. The NIS-2 Forms, Owner's Report of Repair and Replacement, are also provided as Attachment II.
