Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) was required by Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.1 (Part 2) to confirm that you have established an interface with either the NSSS vendor or with the vendors of each of the components of your Reactor Trip System. Your response also confirmed that this interface program included periodic communication between you and the vendor and a positive feedback system which confirming receipt by you of technical information transmittals.

Our review of your response, as documented in the enclosed Safety Evaluation finds your response to Generic Letter 83-28 Item 2.1 (Part 2) to be acceptable.
