During the week of May 18, 1987, the NRC administered examinations to employees of your company who had applied for licenses to operate your Beaver Valley Unit 2 facility. At the conclusion of the examination, the examination ques-I tions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
As a result of the examinations, weaknesses were identified in the candidates' knowledge of the content, interpretation and proper usage of operating and abnormal procedures.
