Dear Dr. Murley:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90 reference (a) provided Commonwealth Edison's proposai to amend Appendix A, Technical Specifications, of racility Operating Licenses NPF-72 and NPF-77.
The proposed amendment requests a change to Technical Specifications 5.6.1 and 5.6.3 to allow the use of High Density Spent Fuel Storage Racks'at Braidwood Station.
Reference (b) provided additional information.
1 Attachment A to reference (a) provided the revised Technical Specification pages that included page 5-5.
The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC Staff that there is a correction required for that pane. The storage capacity is being changed from "1060" fuel assemblies to "2870" fuel assemblies.
Also, the east-west center to center distance between fuel assemblies placed in Region I spent fuel racks is "10.42 inches" not "10.46 inches" as given.
Attached to this letter is a corrected page 5-5 that includes all corrections made.
