This is supplement No. 2 to our application dated July 23, 1971 for Cobalt-60. Supplement No. 1 was dated July 21, 1971.

After conversations with members of the DRL staff, we provide the following supplementary information:

The Cobalt-60 sources, the source holder, and the experiments to be irradiated with the Cobalt-60 vill be kept at a lateral distance of at least five feet from the reactor.
