Docket Nos. 50-445, 446-OL Gentlemen:
In CASE's Motion for Extension of Time sent to you on July 1,
1987, I included the following statement, which was based upon my recollection and understanding of a previous conversation I had with Judge Bloch:
the next available date for hearings is March 1988."
In a telephone conversation today with Judge Bloch, Mr. Gad, and Mr. Wooldridge, I realized my statement was in error and that March 1988 was merely intended to reflect a possible date when hearings might begin, not the next available date when hearings could begin.
I regret any inconvenience this misunderstanding and mis-statement may have caused.
