In reference to your letter dated October 29, 1997 (NYN-87124), the staff has reviewed your request to relocate seismic monitors 1.SM-XA-6707, 6703, and 6706. Upon completion of our review, we have concluded that both the rationale presented for relocation and the proposed new locations are reasonable and comply with Regulatory Guide 1.17 requirements.
