RE00EST TO RELOCATE THREF SEISMIC-MONITORS (TAC NO. 66037)
In reference to your letter dated October 29, 1997 (NYN-87124), the staff has reviewed your request to relocate seismic monitors 1.SM-XA-6707, 6703, and 6706.
Upon completion of our review, we have concluded that both the rationale presented for relocation and the proposed new locations are reasonable and comply with Regulatory Guide 1.17 requirements.
Accordingly, Tables 3.3.7 and 4.3.a of your Technical Specifications have been changed to reflect the new locations for these instruments. The revised Technical Specifications will be issued wit" your full power license.
