UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE BRIEF Pursuant to Fed R. In support of their motion, for which good cause exists, Respondents state as follows:

USCA Case #20-1026 Document #1855482 Filed: 08/06/2020 Page 2 of 3

1. On June 16, 2020, this Court issued an order setting the briefing schedule for this case, directing Petitioners to file their initial brief by July 27, 2020, and Respondents to file their response brief by August 26, 2020.
2. Respondents current deadline of August 26, 2020, poses challenges for each respective agency in preparing the response and obtaining the requisite management approval on a timely basis, due to competing personal and professional obligations.
3. Respondents request a 19-day extension to submit their response brief, through and including September 14, 2020.

Respectfully submitted,
