UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE REPLY BRIEF Pursuant to Fed R. App. P. 27 and Circuit Rule 27(h), Friends of the Earth, et al. (together, Petitioners) request that this Court extend the time for Petitioners to file their Reply Brief, currently due on October 13, 2020, by 10 days, through and including October 23, 2020. Counsel for Respondents, and counsel for Intervenor Florida Power & Light Company, consent to this request.

In support of their motion, for which good cause exists, Petitioners state as follows:

1. On August 7, 2020, this Court issued an order [Document 1855703] revising the briefing schedule for this case directing Petitioners to file their Reply Brief on or before October 13, 2020.
2. Petitioners current deadline of October 13, 2020 poses challenges due to a recently diagnosed health issue requiring one of Petitioners counsels to help provide care for a family member several states away.
3. Petitioners request a 10-day extension to submit their response brief, through and including October 23, 2020.
