Dear Mr. Goodwin:

In accordance with your application dated August 30,1996, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate Safety Condition S-4 into your application, correct reference to Figure 1.3 instead of 2.3, and to reflect the expansion of the Controlled Access Area. Accordingly Safety ,

Condition S-1 has been revised to include the August 30,1996, and Safe 9 Condition S 4 has  !

been deleted.

All other conditions of this license shal1 remain the sarre.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
