t Dacument Centrol D0ck LR-N97466 LCR H97-02 HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-57 DOCKET NO. 50-354 REVISIONS TO THE TECHNICAL 8PECIFICATIONS (TS)
-TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PAGE WITH REVISED PROPOSED CHANGES On May 19, 1997, via letter LR-N97261, Public Service = Electric &
Gas (PSE&G) Company transmitted License Change Request (LCR) H97-02 to the NRC to request a revision to the Technical
-Specifications (TS) for the Hope-Creek Generating Station.
.On e of the marked-up TS pages for.a proposed TS change contained in
'that submittal is being revised as indicated in this attachment.
Specifically, the proposed TS Action Statement.for LCO 3.7.1.3 is being_ revised to indicate that no SACS loads are being cross-connected above 85'F unless they are automatically isolated in a LOP and/or LOCA event.- This was the original intent of the submittal and is' consistent with'the engineering evaluations of UHS performance in these scenarios supporting the justification
- for the changes proposed in LCR H97-02.
Therefore, PSE&G believes that this revision has no. impact on-the conclusions reached in the No Significant Hazards Consideration analysis submitted with LCR H97-02.
As indicated below, the following proposed Technical Specifications for Facility Operating License No. NPF-57 (as contained in LCR H97-02) are being revised by this change-request:
