Two changes were requested: 1. updating NRC recipients in the reporting requirements of paragraphs 3.D(1),3.D(2),3.D(3) and 3.D(4): and 2. replacing

" telegraph" with " facsimile" in paragraph 3.D(1). Our March 6 submittal contained several minor typographical errors in the wording of the revised sections of the license.

In the license paragraphs 3.D(1) and 3.D(2), the correction consists of adding the word "the" in front of the acronym "USGS" in each paragraph.

In the license paragraph 3.D(3), the correction consists of changing the word "occurrency" to " occurrence" The corrected license sections that are affected by the amendment request are resubmitting on the following page.

Sincerely, O

Dr. Thomas D. Fouch \\ O Reactor Administrator y 1
