IMPLEMENTATION OF OCTOBER 23,1998, SRM:
PROPOSED RULE: REVISION OF 10 CFR 31.5 TO REQUIRE CERTAIN GENFRAL LICENSEES TO PROVIDE REQUESTED INFORMATION On October 23,1998, the Commission approved the proposed rule on the above subject as set out in SECY-98199 with minor editorial changs. It was signed by the EDO November 19, 1998.
6 Please implement the Commission's action by arranging for publication of the attached proposed rule in the Federal Reoister allowing 75 days for public comment.
Also attached is the Draft Regulatory Analysis for forwarding to the PDR, a Congressional
- Letter package, a Press Release, and the Approval for Publication.
