' Requirements for.the Possession of Industrial Devices Containing. Byproduct ~
Material and concurs with the addition of a RESOURCES.section in the Commission paper.
The. RESOURCES ~ section should address the following:
(1).that there are resources in the. current budget to complete this rulemaking, and (2) that staff. plans-to. inform the Commission at some later date (perhaps with the submission of the subsequent rulemaking).of the total' resources to that will
-be required to develop the registration and. follow-up program for generally
' licensed sources / devices.in accordance with the Commission's April 13, 1998 SRM.
Assuming.that you include.the~ RESOURCES section as requested, OCFO does not
.need to see-the paper again before it goes to the Commission.
However, please send me a copy of 'the final package for the OCFO files.
