OFFICE REVIEW AND CONCURRENCE: PROPOSED RULE TO AMEND 10 CFR 31.5, " REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSSESSION OF INDUSTRIAL DEVICES CONTAINING BYPRODUCT MATERIAL" The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OClO) has reviewed the subject rule and concurs in it. However, the rule contains information collections that must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). My staff is currently reviewing the OMB clearance package. Publication of the rule has been placed on hold with the Office of Administration pending our approval of the OMB clearance package.
