Re: 19990482 Joe - Are you changing the signature to Greeves since it is listed as Kane's signature? If so, I have no problem with making the NMSS due date and the EDO due date the same. If you still want Kane to sign it, I can change the cue date to NOON on 10/13 but no later than that. Let me know which way you want to go.

! ' Cathy, The subject tic. et is a letter for Kane to sign. I would like to make the NMSS date of Oct 14 as the division date, and the NMSS date the EDO date. The reason is that I read the letter, and althcugh I have l no problem with the letter, I have a question about the source of some funds we've committed to provide.
I don't know if we're taking them from FY-99 carrryover money, or new FYOO money. Larry Camper left l for the airport about an hour ago, and won't be back until Tuesday. That's the reason for the extension.
