' ' Jim, We need an extension on the subject ticket. The incoming identified the development of a center for studying decommissioning and decontamination. We would like to give about $20k to support the center.

However, in consultation with the administrative support staff, we need to do this as a grant. This involves preparing a request for procurement action, getting with contracts, and coordinating with OGC. As such, we think we'll need until Nov 30 to get the letter out, i
