Page 7 of S0C - sixth line down. My notes indicate that we agreed to replace the word " order" with " amendment".
Page 14 of SOC - Based on a discussion I had with Cheryl this morning, add the word "large" before the word " components" in the third line from the end of the !
first full paragraph on the page. I Page 33 (or 3) of rule - In 2.1205(c)(1), Delete the beginning of the second sentence which reads "If a hearing request is granted for" and replace with "With ,
respect to". This change accurately reflects our decision to apply "Sholly" to l
all amendments of Part 50 licenses whether involving subpart L or Subpart G hearings.
Page 52 (22) of rule - in 50.82 add an "s" to the word " provision" in the first sentence and delete the first comma. I Page 58 (28) of rule - 50.82(b)(5). Delete last three words "and authorize decommissioning." from the first sentence in this subsection. Implicit in NRC approval of the decommissioning plan is permission to proceed, so this phrase is l
unnecessary.
