0FFICE REVIEW AND CONCURRENCE ON PROPOSED RULE TO AMEND 10 CFR PARTS 2. 50. AND 51 RELATED TO DECOMMISSIONING OF NUCLEAR POWER REACTORS The Office of Information Resources Management (IRM) has reviewed the subject proposed rule and concurs in it. However, there are several minor changes that must be made before the rule can be published. These changes have been communicated.to the Office of Administration (ADM) with a copy to the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research's contact for the rule.
In a'ddition, the proposed rule contains information collection requirements as defined in the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) that require review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Therefore, we have placed publication of the rule on hold with ADM pending our approval of the OMB clearance package. Please submit the OMB clearance package in adequate time to ensure that IRM can complete its review end submit' the package to OMB for receipt no'later than the date the rule is scheduled for publication in the Federal Reaister.
