PROPOSED RULE: INITIAL LICENSED OPERATOR EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS, AMENDMENTS TO 10 CFR 55 The Inspector General Act requires that my office review statutes, regulations and policies and to make recommendations conceming the impact of these statutes, regulations and policies on a gency programs and operations. The purpose of this review is to analyze and cc . -t ca their effect on the economy and efficiency of programs and operations ad ninister ;d by the agency, e acce dance with that statutory obligation, we have reviewed PROPOSED RULE: INITIAL LICf.WSED OPERATOR EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS, AMENDMENTS TO 10 CFR 55.
We have no comments at this time. However, we request that you provide this office with copies of comments received in response to the Federal Register Notice and revisions to the proposed rule.
