Dear Mr. Hauber:

Enclosed is a request for issuance of an export license to authorize the shipment of 8,000 kgs of enriched uranium as lead enriched fuel assemblies to the Kansai Electric Power Company in Japan for fabrication into reload fuel for Takahama Unit 3.

Check number 151057 for $7,900, of which $2900 is to cover the fee for this application, is enclosed. The remaining $5,000 is for SPC's export application to send Dry Conversion process and plant equiomont to Russia.
